Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality. Cross functional coordination with Purchasing & Sales on raw material quality Be a team member to ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory. Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free. Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality. Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc. Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc). Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc. Other tasks assigned by management.
