We will offer world-class services and build on the bank’s proud legacy of innovation and modernisation of banking in Cambodia (when ANZ Royal opened in 2005 it completely revolutionised financial services in the country as the first bank to offer ATMs, credit cards and internet banking).

We have already launched a new and improved internet banking experience, a mobile banking app (JTR Mobile), and overhauled our online cash management platform for corporate clients (JTR Connect). And with more growth and improvements under way, we know the financial future is brighter for J Trust Royal customers.

Translation: Translate both verbal and written materials from English to Japanese and vice versa as needed Assist with correspondence between overseas staff and customers, ensuring translation quality and accuracy Translate internal and external company documents from Japanese to English (and vice versa) for the CEO This includes reports, emails, and other communication Understand cultural nuances to convey messages accurately Handle sensitive information with discretion Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external partners Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and interactions with Japanese clients or partners Handle office communications, including phone calls, emails, and voicemail Schedule Management: Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls Handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments to optimize the executive’s time Administrative Support: Assist with special projects and ad hoc duties as assigned Maintain accurate records and documentation Other tasks as assigned
