1. Customer Service Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, prices, and promotions as required. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns politely and efficiently. 2. Sales & Cash Handling Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately. Ensure daily cash balancing and report discrepancies immediately. Support sales targets through upselling or promotional activities. 3. Store Operations Refill and arrange products on shelves according to display standards. Check product expiry dates and remove or report expired/damaged goods. Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times. Assist in receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers. 4. Inventory Control Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed. Participate in monthly or periodic stock counts and record updates. 5. Compliance & Safety Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Comply with hygiene, safety, and security regulations in the store.
