Work closely with loan recovery team to ensure successful recovery of loan. Prepare daily, Weekly and monthly report on loan processing, Loan pending with CA, Loan Approved, Loan pending disbursement and loan outstanding, Loan overdue and other related report. Assist others task assigned by line manager/management team.

•Assess loan applications and perform quality checks in accordance with established product guidelines and policies. •Conduct independent credit risk assessments of loan applications and submit recommendations to the Loan Committee for approval. •Perform on-site visits when necessary, including for suspicious cases, and provide independent observation reports to the Credit Assessment Manager. •Review financial transactions and credit histories on a case-by-case basis, including applications, bank statements, balance sheets, and legal documents. •Analyze clients’ credit data and financial statements to determine the level of risk associated with lending. •Prepare detailed risk assessment reports based on data analysis. •Monitor loan accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. •Plan and conduct annual credit reviews (twice per year). •Recommend improvements to credit procedures and policies where necessary. •Perform other duties as assigned by management.
