Job Description (JD) Position Digital Marketing Manager Job Purpose Lead and manage all digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive online sales, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan annual and monthly digital marketing campaigns. Campaign Management Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Social Media Management Oversee social media content planning and publishing. Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. Website & SEO Improve website traffic and user experience. Manage SEO and SEM activities. Performance Analysis Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements. Team Management Lead and coach the Digital Marketing team. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Support employee development and training. Budget Management Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets. Ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources. Market Research Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Recommend new digital marketing opportunities. Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to support business objectives. Other Duties Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by Management.

Job Description (JD) Position: Sales Executive (General Trade - GT) Department Sales Reports To Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager Job Purpose To achieve assigned sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with General Trade customers, expanding market coverage, increasing product distribution, and ensuring excellent in-store execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Increase sales volume and market share within the assigned territory. Promote company products to existing and new customers. Execute daily sales visits according to the route plan. Customer Management Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly. Market Development Expand product distribution in the assigned area. Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotions. Collect and report market intelligence to management. Merchandising & Product Visibility Ensure products are properly displayed at customer outlets. Check product availability and stock levels. Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising standards. Collection & Administration Follow company credit and collection policies. Ensure timely payment collection from customers. Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback. Compliance Follow company policies and procedures. Maintain company assets and sales documents responsibly. Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
