With a registered capital of USD 8 million, LY HOUR PAY PRO Plc (hereinafter to referred to as the “Company”) obtained its license from the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) on 20 January 2016 to carry out operations as third-party processor entrusted by Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB). On 27 March 2018, the Company received the new license for payment service provider to replace the existing license for third party processor in compliance with the regulation of NBC.
The Company has now become a major payment service provider in Cambodia, with its agents to serve clients across the country. In the short future, the Company will partner with banks or institutions in Southeast Asia to provide cross borders payment services.

Job Summary We are seeking an IT Support Officer to provide responsive technical support across hardware, software, and user issues. Based in Phnom Penh, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and support reliable technology services. Key Responsibilities ● Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues. ● Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and essential business applications. ● Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases when needed. ● Support system updates, device setup, and basic preventive maintenance tasks. ● Keep accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and IT equipment inventory. ● Assist employees with IT requests and ensure timely, professional service.
Support MS SQL Server, oracle, PostgreSQL databases – provide 24X7, Support environment including upgrade, patches, troubleshooting, cloning, and working with application teams and business customers. Troubleshoots and problem-solves DBs development and production issues environment. Provide database support to users and application developers by researching database problems. Creates, sets-up and monitors tools Database performance. Responsible for supporting the SQL Server, oracle, PostgreSQL databases and ensuring their performance, spaces availability, Security and recoverability. Responsible for performing database monitoring and working with development teams throughout the project lifecycle on recommendations on database index optimization and SQL query design Participate in developing database objects including tables, triggers, stored procedures, and views incorporating business rules into the database objects when possible.
Infrastructure & Virtualization: Designing LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and managing HPE/VMware hyper-converged environments. Network Security: Managing Next-Gen Firewalls (WatchGuard, FortiGate), VPNs, and ICT security governance. Cloud & Systems: Full administration of M365 (Entra ID, SharePoint) and Active Directory. Strategic Leadership: Leading hardware procurement, technical migrations, and mentoring junior staff.
