Based in the vibrant city of Phnom Penh, you will hold the steering wheel of our entire Cambodia operations—driving aggressive market growth, optimizing local sales operations, and establishing top-tier financial governance. If you are a strategic leader with deep roots in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Retail within the Indochina region, this legacy-building role is for you! 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) 1️⃣ Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership (40%): Formulate and execute short-to-long-term business strategies for IMV’s diverse portfolio in Cambodia. Drive Net Sales, Gross Profit, and aggressively expand market share across all channels (GT, MT, B2B, E-commerce). Cultivate and strengthen strategic alliances with key distributors, local retailers, and partners. 2️⃣ Excellent Sales Operations (30%): Streamline cross-functional workflows (SOPs) across Sales, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Admin. Design and implement competitive commercial policies, distributor margins, and local trade activations. Oversee supply chain efficiency, inventory days optimization, and localized demand forecasting. 3️⃣ Financial Governance & Compliance (20%): Manage branch OPEX, optimize cash flow, and ensure strict P&L accountability. Oversee local accounting and financial reporting, ensuring 100% alignment with IMV corporate standards and Cambodian tax regulations. Mitigate credit risks and manage accounts receivable (AR). 4️⃣ People & Culture Development (10%): Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing localized team. Establish strong succession planning for key management roles within the branch.
