Documentation Responsible to ensure all Private and Confidential, Controlled Documents are properly indicated and managed. Responsible in company activities concerning the protection of the environment. 4. Corporate Social Responsibility Participates in company activities concerning the protection of the environment. Supports the environmental management system of the company. Promotes upholds and applies environmentally friendly practices such as reducing, reusing, and recycling. 5. Financial and Administration Complies with the company’s purchasing and store requisitioning procedures, in respect of internal and external supplies. Ensure energy and cost-saving measures are implemented and evaluated continuously. Ensures that rosters & overtime are managed appropriately according to operational needs. 6. Human Capital Development Participates in training related to the job. Assists with company orientation, training, and other special courses when required.
