Assisting Manager in the promotion and development of business and other related products Issues quotations for all classes of insurance Seeking out prospective customers and promoting/selling the products to meet the set targets Monitoring and ensuring the business retention and new business from the existing clients Assisting and following up the outstanding premium collection Ensuring the confidential information of customers and the Company are maintained at all times Maintaining good relationship with customers by displaying professionalism and trusted manners To performs any others duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Take full responsibility of the entire Claims process Ensure Claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company Conduct quality checks on cases processed by the staff Confer with legal counsel on Claims requiring litigation Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in Claims processing Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers Maintain all Claims document Review and recommend changes to the Claims process and any associated document/form Maintain Claims files such as records of settled Claims and an inventory of Claims requiring details analysis To performs any others duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
