Visit and manage clients in assigned provinces regularly Promote and sell company products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or end-users Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers in provincial markets Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure proper after-sales service Maintain and update daily reports on customer visits, orders, and payment status Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns Provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency in provincial areas
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Control production costs, especially raw materials and WIP. Manage inventory for raw materials, semi‑production, and finished goods. Monitor material usage against approved BOM. Analyze production variances and cost efficiency. Manage import costs and landed cost allocation. Maintain compliance and accuracy of all accounting records. Implement strong internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, and inventory loss. Supervise accounting team and improve operational efficiency. Verify and close inventories from warehouse and production. Control fixed assets and monthly depreciation. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and close monthly financial reports. Support financial accuracy, cost control, and business decision‑making. Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Identify New Opportunities : Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business needs and foster long-term partnerships.​​​​​​​ Develop Strategies : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.​​​​​​​ Negotiate Contracts : Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are addressed.​​​​​​​ Monitor Performance : Track sales metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.​​​​​​​ Mentor Team Members : Provide guidance and support to junior business development staff, helping them enhance their skills and performance.​​​​​​​
Understanding Products : knowledge of the products sells and scientific processes.  Technical Presentations : Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.  Customer Interaction : Work closely with customers and team to understand their needs and ensure products meet those requirements.  Sales Support : Assist sales teams in generating leads, securing orders, negotiating prices, and arranging deliveries.  Problem Resolution : Help customers with product issues and recommend improvements.
