Strengthen and uplift overall customer relationship by providing banking transaction solutions. Collaborate and work closely with the relationship team for execution of customer account plan for seizing cross-selling opportunities. Build relationship and engage with customers for transactional/operating accounts to grow CASA at low cost of funds. Grow fee base income and promote digital banking within business banking customer through offering product bundling and services – Payroll, S2Biz, Bills, Remittance, Trust, Escrow, etc. Work and engage with Sr.RM/RM/ARM to grow a customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value, cross-selling, and business referrals.
Grow trade loans (including both funded & unfunded limit) via trade product capabilities. Grow trade revenue including interest income (through funded limit) and fee income (through unfunded limit/contingent limit). Work with relationship team to grow a customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) to maximize overall relationship value and business referrals. Engage respective business segments for providing the right facilities structure and payment/collection solution to capture upstream and downstream business opportunities. Initiate, implement, and manage SCF program as trade solution proposition to fit client’s business operation model (either upstream or downstream). Strengthen customer centricity and product matrix for pitching clients and build client’s sticky relationship via products & services capabilities, and right banking solutions. Execute Customer Account Plan (co-responsible as product partner), Customer Pipelines, and Call Report.
Assist in reviewing business performance to maximize productivity as well as identify poor branch/individual performance and recommend for further action plan Be proactive monitoring/managing of sales performance pipeline and reinforce for effective implementation and require setting up the proper schedule and work out with regional manager and branches to drive the requirement as well as direction Assist line manager to drive and execute campaigns, promotions and branch promotional event and work out with Regional Manager or Branch Manager in managing poor performing branches Provide support to line manager to arrange the meeting/workshop/training regularly with managements include regional manager/branches where necessary Be ready to work under pressure when other tasks as assigned by line manager

Prepare a personal action plan covering all responsibilities of this position. Formulate loan arrears and write-off collection plans for the whole organization. Review and set out the details of monthly actions plan and target of WO recoveries down to all the concerned Loan Collection Officer and Loan Recovery Officer and whole team. Formulate effective and efficient channels of recovery, accessible from the branch offices. Coordinate the effective recovery of delinquent loans and write off loans. Implement an effective and efficient with some procedure/process that properly addresses in the Credit Manual. Manage loan default by undertaking daily to monthly analysis and reporting issues/exceptions/severity to Head, Credit Control and Collection and Chief Credit Officer. Work with the Regional Manager and BM/RMS to define the reason behind non-repayment and to extent prevention strategies. Deal with legal proceedings (prepare Complaint file and role as plaintiff to the court). Deal with late clients, local authority, and police in any case. Coordinate/arrange/approve the schedule of plan request of his/her subordinate. Identify annual training courses on bad debt collection for branch staff and mobile loan recovery team. Other tasks or overtime required by supervisor/manager if needed.
