Manage and lead regional field teams and operations. Supervise fiber installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects. Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement units. 1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Plan, implement, and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule for all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical equipment). • Perform in-house maintenance tasks, including: o Routine inspection and servicing of lighting, small power systems, plumbing fixtures, pumps, motors, and ventilation units. o First-level troubleshooting and repair of faults such as leaks, electrical trips, minor mechanical failures, and blockages. • Coordinate with external contractors for: o Specialized maintenance of major HVAC systems (eg., chiller, VRF/VRV), generators, BMS, fire suppression systems, and high-voltage electrical equipment. o Repairs involving system overhauls, pipeline reworks, or equipment under warranty/service contracts. o Compliance inspections, certifications, and third-party testing. • Evaluate and determine whether issues are to be handled internally or escalated to external service providers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption. • Supervise contractor works to ensure quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications. • Respond to service requests and complaints from tenants or management. • Ensure all common areas are safe and functional. • Be available on-call for emergency repairs (e.g., water leaks, power failures). • Ensure all activities, whether internal or outsourced, are carried out in accordance with safety standards and maintenance policies. 2. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, service reports, and spare parts inventory. • Provide regular updates to management on system performance and maintenance needs. 3. Coordination & Support • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for specialized maintenance or project support. • Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of systems during fit-out or renovation projects. • Assist in basic installation support (e.g., water lines, electrical outlets) if required. • Provide procurement and administrative supports. • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Product Promotion & Demonstration • Explain internet packages, speeds, coverage, pricing, promotions, and value-added services to potential customers. • Help customers compare different plans and choose one that fits their needs. • Demonstrate how to do speedtest. 3. Sales & Contract Closing • Present and explain quotations and terms & conditions. • Complete all contract forms, identity verification, and payment method. • Coordinate with service coordinator team for installation scheduling. 4. Customer Follow-up • Follow up on leads, pending decisions, and ensure successful installation and activation. • Gather customer feedback and upsell services like speed upgrades, Wi-Fi extenders, or static IPs. • Maintain good relationships to encourage referrals or future sales. 5. Daily Reporting • Report daily performance (new leads, deals closed, follow-ups) to the Sales Supervisor or Manager. • Use the company’s CRM to log activities, contacts, and sales progress.

Identify daily activity in bank accounts to reconcile over 10 different bank accounts for several different branches Manage Fixed Assets, Balance sheet accounts reconciliations Post journal entries and the company general ledger accounting software package Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements and report for Sub-Co Work closely with Credit & Billing, AP and AR Accounting group to identify debts and assure timely collection of monies due to company.
