Key Responsibilities 1. Management Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Officers. Monitor team performance and provide feedback, guidance, and training. Conduct regular team meetings and daily briefings. Manage schedule, shift planning, and attendance 2. Customer Support Handle difficult or complex customer complaints. Work closely with Technical Support, NOC, Field Technicians, and Billing teams to resolve issues. Ensure accurate and timely communication back to customers. Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality. Perform call monitoring and service quality evaluations. Identify service gaps and recommend improvements. 3. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Document service issues, customer feedback, and common problems. Provide actionable insights to management.

•Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives for revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, ARPU increase, and churn reduction. •Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including field sales, key account managers, regional supervisors, channel partners, and telesales, to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new connections, upgrades, and renewals. •Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO), events, promotions, outdoor advertising, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts (banks, financial institutions, corporates, and government entities) while expanding residential penetration in Phnom Penh and provinces. •Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including revenue, new subscriptions, churn rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), NPS, and campaign ROI; prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management. •Collaborate closely with Network/Technical, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure sales commitments are delivered with SINET’s high standards of service quality. •Manage the Sales & Marketing department budget efficiently and ensure full compliance with Cambodian telecom and advertising regulations. •Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, customer-centric sales and marketing team.
Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on critical systems such as HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire suppression, and ELV systems (security systems, CCTV, access control). Perform maintenance and testing of fire suppression systems in accordance with NFPA standards, ensuring that systems (e.g., clean agent systems, sprinkler systems) are functional and up-to-date. Monitor and test fire alarm systems, check fire suppression agent levels, and perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and local fire safety regulations. Provide physical support for network infrastructure, including tasks such as installing and connecting network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, patch panels), ensuring proper cable management, and verifying physical connections. Perform hands-on rack-level services, such as installing servers, ensuring proper cable routing and management, and ensuring the physical integrity of the equipment. Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow) and take corrective actions to maintain optimal operating conditions for IT equipment. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, including electrical, mechanical, and environmental failures, ensuring minimal downtime. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning cooling systems, inspecting UPS systems, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Regularly monitor and practice security protocols concerning the physical security of the data center (e.g., CCTV monitoring, access control systems) to ensure that all security concerns are addressed, and systems are functioning. Document all maintenance activities, incidents, repairs, and inspections accurately for internal records. Follow established operational procedures and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards. Assist with general facility-related tasks that affect network infrastructure or physical equipment. Participate in energy efficiency initiatives and help implement sustainability practices to ensure the efficient use of resources. Take part in handover meetings, providing detailed updates on tasks and issues to the next shift team.
