Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment reconciliation Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash Support payroll processing and superannuation contributions Respond to supplier queries and resolve payment-related issues Monitoring staff expense reimbursements Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations (e.g., GST, tax codes) Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budget allocations Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes Provide general administrative support to the finance team Proactive and results focused, and demonstrated capacity to lead and develop a team.
