Stock Management Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks of home appliances, using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to prioritize older stock. Conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports on stock movements, turnover rates, and performance metrics like waste reduction. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand, process orders, and optimize storage for bulky items like appliances. Fleet Management Manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling vehicle assignments for technicians, optimizing routes for deliveries and service calls, and tracking utilization to maximize efficiency. Monitor key performance metrics such as fuel consumption, vehicle lifespan, and maintenance expenses; use data to forecast needs, negotiate with vendors for parts and services, and control budgets. Service & Repair Coordinate daily service schedules, dispatch technicians, and manage repair workflows to minimize downtime. Supervise a team of 3-5 technicians, providing training on appliance diagnostics, safety protocols, and latest repair techniques. Handle customer inquiries, provide repair estimates, and resolve complaints to maintain service ratings above 95%. Monitor inventory of parts and tools, negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective stock management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, warranties, and local regulations for all repairs
Supervise and train customer service staff on handling appliance inquiries, complaints, returns, and warranty claims. Monitor daily operations, including service level agreements, first-call resolution, and coordination with repair technicians or third-party providers. Resolve escalated customer issues related to home appliances, such as product defects or installation problems, while maintaining accurate records. Analyze performance metrics like customer satisfaction scores and turnaround times, implementing improvements for better service.
Monitor stock levels of home appliances and replenish stock to avoid overstock and stockouts.​ Record all incoming and outgoing stock, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and write‑offs in the inventory system.​ Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for on‑time deliveries, resolve shipment delays, and manage product returns or damages.​ Organize and oversee storage of appliances, ensuring safe handling of bulky and fragile items and compliance with warehouse safety standards.​ Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, and adjust records as authorized.​ Maintain updated inventory, purchase, and pricing reports and share periodic stock reports with management.​ Implement and follow inventory control procedures (e.g. FIFO/FEFO for accessories and spare parts) to minimize losses and obsolete stock.​ Liaise with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure product availability for customer orders, installations, and after‑sales needs.​
