Job Purpose The Senior Accounting Staff will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both Cambodian accounting standards (CAS) and IFRS, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reporting, and internal/external audits. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise junior accountants. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balances. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with CIFRS and NBC regulations. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting, most importantly, the NBC’s report. Prepares and recommends adjustments if necessary. Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, review their work for accuracy. Other Accounting internal routine tasks and as assigned by management. Compliance Ensure compliance with NBC and other regulatory reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and tax authorities as needed.
