Key Responsibilities Video Production: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality content. Multi-Platform Content: Create tailored videos for social media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube), marketing campaigns, and general promotional use. Post-Production Enhancement: Add professional effects, transitions, background music, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance the viewing experience. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the marketing and content teams to understand project briefs and requirements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content strictly aligns with company brand guidelines, tone, and messaging. Feedback & Revision: Review and revise video drafts based on internal feedback and stakeholder suggestions. Asset Management: Systematically manage and organize video files, project assets, and archives. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, software updates, and storytelling techniques. Deadline Management: Ensure the timely delivery of all video projects without compromising quality. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar professional role. Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro . Technical Skills: Strong understanding of various video formats, codecs, and modern editing techniques. Creative Mindset: Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
