Value is an IT consulting firm with the ambition of becoming the benchmark for IT excellence. We are looking for experienced professionals who have prior experience in IT consulting, are ambitious, and for whom joining a consulting firm is a deliberate choice, not a default one. Mission details During this mission, you will be working remotely for a Dubaï-located startup. This company is developing an adult "AI-girlfriend" solution. It already has a steady base of customers, 6 figures MRR and a team ranging from 15 to 20 people. Your goal will be to be a cornerstone of their growth, by providing both clean code but also insights as a senior developer. Position details Full-time permanent position as a full-stack developer. Gross annual compensation ranges from $27,500 to $30,000. Seniority bonus: from $2,750 to $3,000 gross per year in two installments (june and december). Bonus: from $2,750 to $3,000 gross per year, distributed monthly. Monday to Friday workweek. On-site presence required, no remote work. Office located at Aquation Office Park (access to discounted gym, pool, and sports clubs) in Phnom Penh.
