• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and stock management systems. • Monitor stock in and stock out transactions to ensure inventory accuracy. • Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies as required by clients. • Prepare inventory reports for management and clients. • Update and manage inventory data using Excel or inventory management software. • Coordinate with client teams regarding stock movement and inventory updates. • Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions. • Support the costing process, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations. • Identify inventory issues and recommend corrective actions to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting: • Prepare, review, and oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable local accounting standards. • Ensure all financial reporting requirements are met for internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and shareholders. • Utilize XERO or QuickBooks accounting software to fulfill client-specific financial needs. 2. Tax Compliance: • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax filings, including VAT, Profit Tax, and Withholding Tax (WHT), ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations. • Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities and auditors, addressing inquiries and managing audit processes efficiently. 3. Policy & Procedure Development • Develop and implement comprehensive financial and accounting policies tailored to each client’s operational needs. • Conduct periodic risk assessments to safeguard the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports. 4. Team Leadership & Development: • Manage, mentor, and support the accounting team to promote continuous professional development and high performance. • Delegate tasks effectively and review the quality and accuracy of work completed by team members. 5. Audits and Compliance: • Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate completion. • Respond to audit findings by implementing corrective actions and process improvements. 6. Client Engagement & Support: • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients, offering tailored accounting and financial consultancy services. • Provide expert solutions for complex accounting matters while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. 7. Additional Responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned by the Top Management.
