Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals and objectives. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assuring the monthly NSSF declaration is properly managed. Analyzing Performance: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Identifying Trends: Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Budget Management: Managing and allocating the digital marketing budget effectively. User Management:To manage WOWNOW user in Telegram group, update any promotion, Coupon, Etc ………. Social Media Promotion:Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media posts and promotions. Monitor trends and leverage social platforms to run engaging paid and organic campaigns. Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new promotional opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, design, and other teams to ensure alignment of promotional activities with company goals and branding.
Assist with conference and meeting translation (Chinese ↔ English). Support contract and document translation. Help with communication and coordination with overseas partners. Participate in partner negotiations and market research tasks. Support internal teams with translation and daily communication needs.
Campaign Planning & StrategyIndependently develop weekly/monthly/festive/large-scale promotional campaigns based on marketing calendars, sales targets, user needs, and market trends. Define campaign themes, engagement mechanics, rules, incentives, and visual creative direction. Design daily campaigns for traffic growth, user acquisition, repeat purchases, and conversion lift (e.g., flash sales, discounts, coupons, giveaways). Create detailed execution plans, budgets, resource requirements, and risk assessments. Campaign Execution & Project ManagementCoordinate cross-functionally (Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Ops) to ensure high-quality, on-time campaign implementation. Manage backend operations: campaign page setup, product listing, pricing, and promotional configuration. Monitor real-time execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery. Data Analysis & Performance ReviewSet KPIs (traffic, orders, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, user growth), conduct pre-campaign forecasting, real-time tracking, and post-campaign deep-dive analysis. Analyze campaign performance using data tools; identify user behavior patterns; document learnings; drive optimization. Competitive Monitoring & Market InsightTrack industry trends, platform policy changes, and competitor campaign strategies to inform planning.
Administrative System Management: Develop and implement administrative policies; review and optimize processes to improve efficiency. • Office & Safety Management: Oversee office environment, renovation, hygiene, and landscaping; conduct safety inspections and manage emergency incidents. • Procurement & Asset Control: Handle purchasing of office supplies, fixed assets, and gifts; conduct vendor comparison; manage asset inventory, transfer, maintenance, and disposal. • Meetings & Events: Organize company-level meetings; plan and execute corporate culture activities including annual dinners, team building, birthday events, and staff engagement programs. • Expense Control: Monitor daily administrative expenses; perform cost analysis and propose cost saving solutions. • External Liaison & Reception: Coordinate with property management, cleaning, landscaping, and government authorities; manage reception for visitors and new hires.
