Campaign Planning & StrategyIndependently develop weekly/monthly/festive/large-scale promotional campaigns based on marketing calendars, sales targets, user needs, and market trends. Define campaign themes, engagement mechanics, rules, incentives, and visual creative direction. Design daily campaigns for traffic growth, user acquisition, repeat purchases, and conversion lift (e.g., flash sales, discounts, coupons, giveaways). Create detailed execution plans, budgets, resource requirements, and risk assessments. Campaign Execution & Project ManagementCoordinate cross-functionally (Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Ops) to ensure high-quality, on-time campaign implementation. Manage backend operations: campaign page setup, product listing, pricing, and promotional configuration. Monitor real-time execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery. Data Analysis & Performance ReviewSet KPIs (traffic, orders, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, user growth), conduct pre-campaign forecasting, real-time tracking, and post-campaign deep-dive analysis. Analyze campaign performance using data tools; identify user behavior patterns; document learnings; drive optimization. Competitive Monitoring & Market InsightTrack industry trends, platform policy changes, and competitor campaign strategies to inform planning.
Responsible for the overall operation at main warehouse night shift Developing and implementing efficient warehouse work plans to ensure the efficient receipt, dispatch, storage, and delivery of goods, meeting customer order demands. Adjusting warehouse workflows and resource allocation flexibly based on business volume and peak/off-peak season characteristics to ensure smooth and stable warehouse operations. Control both stock-in and stock-out. Review and prepare the receipt.

Team Building and Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, daily management, and performance evaluation of supervisory specialists; building an efficient and professional supervisory team; optimizing rider scheduling, dispatching, and talent pipeline development to improve team stability and effectiveness. 3. Quality and Safety Control: Establish and implement a routine service quality inspection and safety audit mechanism; strictly supervise rider service processes, traffic safety, and equipment specifications; assume management responsibility for major customer complaints and safety incidents; and promote closed-loop rectification. 4. Data-Driven Operational Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of daily/weekly/monthly operational data reports to identify root causes of problems, lead the development and implementation of improvement strategies (such as optimizing delivery capacity allocation within the business district and SOPs for handling abnormal scenarios), and improve the overall operational efficiency and health of the region. 5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Acquisition: As the regional operations liaison, efficiently collaborate with customer service, marketing, logistics, quality control, and other departments to solve complex operational problems and secure necessary resources and support for the region. 6. Cost and Asset Management: Responsible for the reasonable control of operational costs (such as incentive costs and losses) within the assigned region, as well as the compliant use and management of rider equipment, station assets, and other materials.
