Build and manage performance sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to achieve sales targets; Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and sales plans to enable effective sales operations and resource planning; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities; Provide sales reports regularly to management, including team performance, team target, individual target, and customer feedback on sale promotion; Work closely with technical to effective sales collateral, tools, and training programs to enable the sales team to succeed; Continuously review and improve the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize sales performance; Use CRM systems to monitor the sales pipeline and team productivity; Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends, new product features, and pricing strategies.
Network planning and design: responsible for outdoor wireless networks( including 5G NR, 4G LTE, NB-loT, microwave transmission, etc). Pre-planning and detail planning, output network planning scheme. Wireless transmission analysis: use professional simulation tools ( such as Atoll, Planet, U-Net. Etc) to carry out wireless transmission model correction, coverage prediction, capacity analysis and interference analysis. Site Survey and planning-organize or participate in the on-site survey of potential site, evaluate the feasibility of the site and determine the key parameters of the antenna handing height Aith angel downward inclination angle and so on. Frequency and PCI/PRACH planning: Responsible for the frequency planning, code planning ( Such as PCI) and random access channel (PRACH) planning of the network to maximize network performance and minimize interference. Program output audit: output site design drawings, equipment configuration lists and technical specifications, and participate in the audit of the design plan of the cooperative unit. New technology research: Track and study new outdoor network technologies ( such as millimeter waves, drone base station, AI energy saving etc,) and evaluated their application feasibility.
Transmission Network Planning & Design: Design transmission networks including fiber, microwave, and IP/MPLS backhaul, calculate link budgets, bandwidth requirements, and path engineering; Implementation & Deployment: Lead installation, commissioning, and integration of transmission equipment. Configure microwave radios, fiber nodes, OLTs/ONUs, switches and routers; Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor transmission network KPIs and availability, Troubleshoot fiber cuts, microwave outages, interface errors, and routing issues; Capacity & Performance Management: Analyze traffic trends and ensure capacity is optimized, implement upgrades and expansion as required; Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site acceptance documents, test report, and configuration records, maintain updated network topology diagrams and asset lists.
