Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Inputting supplier info (hotels, cars, tours), contracts, promotions, and client details into the travel management system.
  • Accounting: Handling accounts payable (paying suppliers) and accounts receivable (client payments/commissions).
  • System Management: Maintaining databases, ensuring data is current, and supporting users.

Data Entry & Tech Skills:

  • Camodian National
  • High accuracy and attention to detail for booking details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
  • Understanding of travel products, destinations, airline/hotel policies.
  • Experience in travel agency, airline, or tour operator settings is highly valued.
