A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Filing expenses and documents in proper order including letter-in/out.
  • Obtaining requests from inter-teams regarding Admin and providing supports such as stuff transportation.
  • Planning the need of office stationery and pantry for uses, check quotations, prepare purchase orders, clear expenses, distribute stuffs per colleagues’ requests and record the usages.
  • Supporting in-office operations including but not limited to printing/copying machines rental, floor/rest room cleanliness, in-premise repairs.
  • Handling petty cash and doing reports of using the cash.
  • other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
