A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue payments. •
  • Contact customers through phone, email, and personal visits to ensure timely collections. •
  • Negotiate payment terms and follow up on agreed schedules. •
  • Record, update, and maintain accurate payment and collection records. •
  • Prepare regular collection and AR reports for management. •
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. •
  • Assist customers with payment options and respond to inquiries professionally. •
  • Maintain good customer relationships while achieving collection targets. •
  • Perform related administrative tasks as assigned.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Collection.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
  • Willing to visit customers when required.
