As an Associate of Sales and Promotion for the LOKA brand, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products in the market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Khmer and English and have a passion for sales and marketing in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
◉ Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
■ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
■ Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market.
2. Sales Generation:
■ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
■ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
■ Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
■ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote LOKA products.
■ Utilize various channels, including digital and traditional media, to reach the target audience.
4. Brand Promotion:
■ Enhance brand awareness through creative marketing initiatives.
■ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding materials and promotional content.
5. Customer Service:
■ Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
■ Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
■ Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
■ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
