・Daily Life Support: provide assistance and guidance in basic lifestyle habits, including meals, sleep, hygiencem and dressing
・Curriculum Implementation: support and facilitate educational programs, including early literacy, numeracy (numbers), and English
・Creative development: foster children’s expression and sensitivity through arts, crafts, music, and group plays
・Japanese culture & Learning: deliver unique Japanese-style learning experience, include Japanese language basics and cultural values
・Personalized care: interact with each child according to their individual development stage, interests and needs
・Safety & hygiene management: create and maintain a safe, clean enviroment for children based on strict Japanese safety standards
・Parental communication: manage morning drop offs and evening pick ups, sharing detailed information about the child’s day with parents
・Digital documentation: create daily reports and documentation using PC , smartphones

・Experience in a nursery, kindergarten, or primary school setting up
・Experience in a class teaching at least 3 years works with international school or related education industrial 
・Willing to work as multitask for supporting related department for set-up the school  
・Language proficiency in English. and/or Japanese  language is plus
・Ability to empathize with children and see things from their perspective
