  • Make sure costing on time
  • Work cooperate with cross department for getting supporting documents for calculate costing
  • Ensure all support document complete
  • Check and verify amount of support documents is correct.
  • Check and verify commercial invoice from suppliers are correct
  • Verify storage charge calculate with scanning document.
  • Ensure PO properly booked into system by purchase team before booking actual costing
  • Prepare and calculate costing and perform into ERP system.
  • Actual costing is reconciled start booked in ERP and send to FM for checking and approval.

职位要求

  • At minimum, Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or similar field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting and costing experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, words, excel, include email usage.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Integrity and discipline determination
