Brand Communication & Content Strategy

• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand image and messaging.
• Communicate product features and benefits in an engaging way.
• Work between sales team & content creator to produce content aligned with sale performance or campaign such as seasonal promotion, access stock, new product arrival.
• Ensure timely and goal-aligned content delivery.

Content Planning

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Develop product-focused and educational content related to bedroom, bathroom, and home living solutions.
• Plan video concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shooting schedules.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify content opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate product photoshoots and video productions.
• Create and edit short-form videos for product launches, showroom activities, exhibitions, and customer testimonials.
• Work closely with designers and suppliers to ensure brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor Lead collaboration with Retail Team
• Monitoring Chat & Comment Management 

Reporting & Insights

• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
• Present Ads performance to team to improving lead generation, showroom traffic, or sales conversion.
• Assist Manager to research market trends, competitors, and audience interests.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with, graphic designers, and video editors to develop effective ad creatives.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with sales and showroom teams
• Participate in marketing events and product promotions
• Manage shooting schedule both Indoor and outdoor to ensure everything going smooth as planned.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, video editing, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
•  Skilled in smartphone and camera-based content production.
• Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, and content planning.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Good command of Khmer and English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in home living, furniture, bedroom, bathroom, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
