Job Summary
Join a growing FMCG and F&B Retail and Manu factory  team in Phnom Penh as a proactive professional supporting brand events, marketing activities, and daily outlet operations. You will help deliver engaging customer experiences, coordinate campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
● Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
● Coordinate event setup, logistics, and on-site activities to ensure smooth and professional delivery.
● Assist with customer engagement, product presentation, and in-store or outlet promotional efforts.
● Work with sales, operations, and suppliers to meet timelines, standards, and campaign objectives.
● Prepare basic reports, track results, and share feedback to improve future activities.
● Maintain a positive brand image through excellent service, communication, and teamwork.

● Experience in marketing, events, F&B, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
● Strong communication skills in Khmer and basic English; additional languages are a plus.
● Energetic, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
● Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude when dealing with customers and teams.
● Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on event and business needs.
● Able to coordinate multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines consistently.
● Basic computer skills, including MS Office or reporting tools, are an advantage.
● A team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced FMCG environment.
