A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Oversee billing systems, insurance claims processing, and ensure timely collections.

  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure smooth operations.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and healthcare financial standards.

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, insurance providers, and other financial institutions.

  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.

  • Support the management team with financial insights for strategic planning.

职位要求

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).

  •  5+ years of financial management experience; healthcare or dental clinic experience is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and healthcare billing systems.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or dental-specific ERP systems).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Cambodian candidate only.
