• Design and produce visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Create presentation decks, infographics, banners, and other visual content to support internal and external communications.

• Work closely with external vendors (e.g., printers, production houses) to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

• Maintain and develop the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
• Ensure consistency of design, typography, and visual standards in all communications.
• Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual impact.

Assist in developing brand assets such as iconography, motion graphics, and templates for cross-departmental use.
• Support event branding, including booth design, stage backdrops, signage, and promotional merchandise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fintech, crypto, or digital-first companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• High integrity, discretion, and commitment to regulatory best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
