• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis• Supervise accounting operations and establish group accounting policies and SOPs• Ensure full compliance with Cambodian taxation and statutory requirements (GDT, MLVT, NSSF)• Manage group cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage financial risk• Lead and develop finance teams across group companies

职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA Qualified (Member) or ACCA Finalist – Required
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including group or multi-entity exposure
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax and regulatory framework
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
