Job Summary:
The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and promote a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company standards.
Plan and deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor safety performance, analyze trends, and prepare HSE reports for management.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and business continuity planning.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and enhance environmental performance.
