  • Design and implement lesson plans in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum for Science and Mathematics.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Teach students using clear, engaging instructional techniques that promote active learning and critical thinking.
  • Encourage curiosity and interest in subject matter through practical applications and hands-on activities.
  • Develop and administer assessments to measure student understanding and progress.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer academic support and guidance to students, fostering their social and emotional development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and curriculum updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and classroom activities.
  • Participate in school events and parent-teacher conferences to foster community engagement.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Previous teaching experience in a Secondary setting, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum, is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Science and Math.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students in STEM subjects.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and laboratory equipment.
