• Manage Housekeeping team and ensure hotel premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and welcome guests.
• Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct assessments to review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Orienting, and training of hotel staff to ensure maximum revenue for management
• Inspect hotel to check available stock and determine the need for stocking.
• Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
• Deal with vendors to ensure provision of high quality products and services.
• Schedule work shifts and tasks to hotel staff according to their specialty.
• To make schedule and plan the details of an event or conference.
• Set and adjust the rates for different services according to their quality level.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

[Working day/hour]

• Working hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break)
• Work in shifts (6 days/week) 　

* Due to the service industry, Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben also work.

• English : Business level & above
• Age : Prefer 30s - 40s
• Gender : Open
• Good communication both Khmer & English
• Right Appearance and Attitude for working at High Class Hotel
• Willing to learn new thing
• Minimum 5 years Management experiences related hotel, residence etc (Manage 20-30 staff)
• Welcome working experience at 5 stars hotel.
