An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Work with shippers and purchasers to check and confirm shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related documents.
  • Monitor ETD/ETA and update relevant parties and the shipment log regularly.
  • Prepare and ensure all shipping documents, including import permits, stamped invoices/packing lists, and authorizations, are submitted to the broker in a timely manner for customs clearance.
  • Coordinate closely with brokers, freight forwarders, and truckers to ensure shipments are delivered according to plan.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays with customs, logistics partners, or internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, company procedures, and customs requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely import operations.

职位要求

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or import/export operations.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and customs clearance procedures is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
