-    Plan, work program, develop detailed outline, participate in periodic or ad hoc inspections and controls of compliance with regulations, processes, policies and regimes of BIDC.

-    Participate in developing directive documents, regulations, and operational procedures related to internal audit work, research, and develop specific documents and detailed instructions to suit the actual situation, organizational structure, and specific operating model of BIDC.

-    Plan and program for inspection and control work.

-    Coordinates with the external inspection team or BIDV and competent authorities to organize inspections/ supervisions /audits at BIDC.

-    Make reports and statistics related to internal audit activities.

-    Perform other tasks as required by the Leader.

•    Skills and Specifications:

Regarding professional qualifications:

- Have a university degree in economics, finance, banking or equivalent or higher.

- Know at least 1 foreign language (English; Vietnamese) at level C or equivalent or higher.

- Proficiency in office software (proficient in using excel; word, ...)

- Have basic knowledge and understanding of BIDC's operations and organization

- Have a firm grasp of the mechanisms, regulations, processes, and regulations of the state, industry, BIDC, codes of conduct, and ethical standards at work.

- Have basic knowledge of the law.

- Have problem-solving skills.

- Have planning skills and write proposal reports.

- Have the ability to work in a team.

• Experience: at least 01 (year) of working experience in banking, finance, accounting, auditing.
• Thinking, personal qualities:

• - Thinking: Logical, accurate, able to identify and analyse problems.

  - Honest, careful, objective

• Other requirements:

• - Quick, flexible in handling situations; able to work independently and in a team.

  - Good health, able to withstand work pressure
