A Big Opportunity for ...
▪ Ensure daily and monthly collection targets are achieved in alignment with KPI goals.
▪ Conduct phone-based collections with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
▪ Follow up with customers to ensure prompt repayment and proper resolution.
▪ Maintain high standards of efficiency, call quality, and customer handling.
▪ Work closely with team members to strengthen overall collection performance.
▪ Prepare Daily Visitation Plan and shall visit any locations of person to collect cash/repossess such as House/Office/Hometown/Other places if needed;
▪ Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

职位要求
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection or related areas (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
▪ Solid understanding of lending and repayment procedures.
▪ Problem-solving skills.
▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Able to work under pressure
