A Great Opportunity for ...

Propose a standard and effective datacentre architecture.
Propose redundant power source and ensure all are available 24/7.
Install and design UPS clustering and manage its usage to ensure servers and other devices are retained during electricity cut off.
Manage and ensure rack, cabling and other necessaries item in datacentre are function and well documented (cooling system, FM200…etc.).
Manage and solve every issue in datacentre.
Provide support the DR Drill activity at least once a year by coordinating with DR Drill Committee and related stakeholders.
Creating DR Drill document & update to reflect existing system functions.
Propose and design new and simplify system architecture to gain organization productivity with cost effectively.
Comprehensive analyse and forecast for hardware growth to meet organization needs.
Manage and Maintained compute/storage and virtualize technology to ensure running smooth to support business operation.
Manage and lead team to install and prepare server environment to support business requirement.
Manage and lead team to conduct a properly patching for each OS and application.
Install/configure high availability Clustering with team to minimize the risk for organization.
Manage and ensure all server and application resources are properly allocate and monitor by team (IP Address, physical and logical arrangement).
Define and ensure all procedure and guideline of server deployment and strictly enforce and follow by team.
Ensure spare paths are available and replaceable.
Purchase/Manage/Control license which installed on each server.
Eliminate/minimize risk related on server for organization.
Propose an innovative way and enforce users to utilize storage consumption.
Manage and lead team to ensure all storages are up and running of SAN/NAS Storage.
Ensure spare paths are available and replaceable.
Minimize risk (data loss) on storage level by implement high availability.
Ensure all subordinates are fully understand of storage architecture of organization.
Define backup policy to ensure all data are backup and restorable.
Create/define backup procedure and guideline.
Manage and lead team to conduct quarterly restore test to ensure all backup data are restorable.
Manage and provide effective solution to team related to backup issue.
Propose or recommend to purchase server/storage, data center equipment hardware to support business requirement.
Perform DR activation drill at least once times per year.
Resolve issue related to data center, server/storage, application in timeline manner include preventative plan.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

职位要求

At least Bachelor degree or equivalent on Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least 4 years’ experience of server administrator and technical support experience.
Experienced in Microfinance or Banking sector is preferred.
Experienced in Data Center Management and Operation with multiple sites are preferred.
Experienced in hardware of server and storage with IBM, HPE, Cisco, NetApp are preferred.
Experienced in Virtualization technology especially VMware and Hyper-V.
Strong understanding of server structures Microsoft and Linux or Unix System is desirable.
Knowledge and understanding of Application & DBMS.
