A Great Opportunity for ...

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote pesticide products in the market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to pesticide products.
Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

职位要求

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the pesticides or agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of pesticide products and their applications.
Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
