An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Conduct class management effectively
Follow the school curriculum and school disciplinary procedure
Assess students ‘progress
Creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment
Evaluate and grade students ‘class work, assignments, and papers
Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
Prepare and maintain student attendance records, exams, quizzes, homework, grades, and other required records,
Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues
Supervise students’ laboratory and fieldwork
Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues
Organize learning material and resources
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
Assess students ‘performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis
Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
Cooperate with administration staff
Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
Supervising children during snack time and outdoor play
Participate in school and community events

职位要求

Degree in education courses/certificate in TESOL-TEFL
English native or fluent
At least 2-year experience in Teaching Young Learners
Creative and resourceful in preparing child-centered activities
Dedicated, enthusiastic, and cheerful
Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practice
Creative and artistic teaching abilities
Teaching and organization skills
Patience and flexibility
Good communication skills
Keep updated with the latest trends and best practices
Excellent classroom management skills
Skillful in basic computer and Microsoft office
Good interpersonal skills with a strong commitment
