  • Manage overall purchasing functions to ensure smooth and efficient activities
  • Sourcing and find good supplier for company
  • Negotiation price and follow up with team regularly.
  • Make the proper purchase planning best the logical data and situation.
  • Make sure all procurement request are completed and correctly.
  • Ensure that purchase product or services are match with the requirement of requester.
  • Make sure that any purchase is follow the company process / policy.
  • Ensure that purchase delivery on time.
  • Ensure all company information highly keep as confidential and not lacked outside the company or unrelated parties.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any relevant field.
  • At least 2 year Experience in purchase department.
  • Good command of English Language both Spoke and written.
  • Computer literacy especially MS Office, Excel, Email and other relevant.
