● Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
● Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and online channels in a timely manner.
● Confirm bookings, update system records, and ensure reservation details are correct.
● Coordinate with front office and other teams to support smooth guest arrivals.
● Assist guests with special requests and provide clear information on hotel services.
● Monitor availability, report booking issues, and maintain strong service standards.

职位要求

● Experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service preferred.
● Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
● Familiar with reservation systems, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong guest service mindset.
● Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
