• Verify loan applicants’ information and documents by phone.
• Confirm customer identity, employment, income, contact details, and loan purpose.
• Assess customer risk levels and provide audit recommendations.
• Conduct pre-disbursement confirmation calls and explain loan terms.
• Remind customers of upcoming repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and audit documentation.
• Report suspicious applications, fraud risks, and abnormal cases.
• Support risk control activities, data review, and risk screening.
• Perform other audit and customer service tasks as assigned.
