Manage the sales team and achieve/exceed company revenue targets

Enforcing compliance with company procedures with sales staff (Pipedrive, Telegram, Google etc)

Implementation and monitoring of quarterly KPI targets with sales team

Recording and reporting sales transactions weekly to the senior management

Overseeing the collection and distribution of any payments, commissions or deposits to the company to ensure funds are correctly secured, reported and deposited into the company account.

Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure compliance to invoicing/payment procedures.

Recruitment and hiring of sales staff 

Liaising with CEO & GM to communicate properties and developments while identify key areas for improvement

Liaising with Leads Team to ensure smooth handover process and servicing of leads accordingly

Assist in developing training material for new & existing agents

Host regular training sessions to upskill sales team

English fluency and any other language is a bonus

A passion for sales and results driven 

Ideally, 3 years experience in real estate 

A knowledge of Cambodia and Sihanoukville regions 

Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

Enthusiasm innovative tech focused sales tools (CRM)

Any real estate sales experience in another country is a bonus but not required
