  • Responsible for sales / rent the property
  • Developing networks and relationships with stakeholders for the benefit of the business
  • Research about other project owners who are selling or selling or leasing in the market
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments, results with client numbers
  • Advertise other company/property project information for sale to clients
  • Preparing and updating client documents
  • Prepare and develop plans for corporate real estate
  • Interact with clients, investors, partners, other agents for the benefit
  • Responsible for regular property listing and input property listing for database
  • Responsible for none exclusive/exclusive property of exclusive target plans
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.
  • Prepare admin and legal documents.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Other work assigned by the Director, Sales and Marketing

职位要求

  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Land Management, Administration, ….
  • 1 or 2 years experiences in sales or listing roles
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Google Map, and English language
  • Problem Solving and analysis
  • Creative, independent, and positive thinking
  • Can travel to province (Mission: case by case)
