Job Summary
Sales Executive to grow sales, open new accounts, and collect payments for frozen meat and food products in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on daily customer visits, achieving targets, managing AR, and maintaining strong customer service and cold-chain standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly sales and daily route targets for volume, revenue, and sell-through.
● Visit customers daily, take orders, check stock, and submit next-day delivery orders.
● Open new accounts in assigned areas, including markets, restaurants, hotels, and mini-marts.
● Push priority, slow-moving, and near-expiry SKUs based on weekly focus and promotions.
● Collect payments on time, follow up overdue invoices, and keep AR within company policy.
● Use only approved price lists and report market prices, promotions, and competitor activity.
● Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams on timing, temperature, returns, and claims.
● Record sales, visits, and collections accurately; join meetings and support monthly reviews.
● Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints quickly with proper escalation.
