• Resolve customers complains and raise the issue of customers to the sale management

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experiences in Sale and Marketing for Freight Forwarding or Logistics field
• Good English communication and writing
• Computer Literate
• Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company
• Able to do Sales Planning
• Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
