A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead and manage the Spare Parts Sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market share.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with workshops, dealers, and B2B customers.
  • Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and inventory to ensure effective business control.
  • Set sales plans, forecasts, and monitor achievement against targets.
  • Implement promotional activities, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Warehouse, Aftersales, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop partnerships with workshops, dealers, fleet customers, and other B2B customers.
  • Drive market expansion and increase the customer base in new areas.
  • Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and inventory to ensure business efficiency.
  • Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control regulations.
