A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise and train store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team motivation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
  • Handle cash management, budgeting, and daily reconciliation of sales.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and best pricing.
  • Implement and enforce store policies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

职位要求

  • At least 5 years of experience in this position
  • Good at in Marketing and Sales skills
  • Have experience to work at Mart is advantage
  • Have experience in launching new stores is advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in using POS systems, MS Office, and basic retail software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
