· Develop and execute effective business strategies to boost Sokha Hotel revenue.

· Develop a business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence

· Identify new market opportunities and prospects.

· Deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.

· Attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships.

· Oversee sales performance and team performance.

职位要求

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting

• At least 7 years of working experience in sales, preferably in hospitality

• Experience in set-up sales team and restructuring

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

• Leadership capabilities, sales skills, negotiation skills, and analytical abilities.
